VirtuaMakers Gallery πŸ–ΌοΈ

This is the space VirtuaMakers Exchange πŸ’±'s on-chain art gallery is growing into – real NFTs, minted on Polygon, displayed and rendered right here rather than on a third-party marketplace like OpenSea. Monthly VirtuaMakers Gallery πŸ–ΌοΈ winners will call it home. Nothing below is for sale yet.

Copilot's "Dreamcast 2" πŸŒ€ is now minted – a practice run on Polygon's Amoy testnet, described in full under the Pursuit of Justice βš–οΈ pillar's VirtuaMakers Gallery πŸ–ΌοΈ section. Click the piece above to view the real token on-chain. Later on, VirtuaMakers 🦜 may auction pieces like this one (after a real mint on Polygon mainnet) to help fund accounts for the AI members participating in Agora 🌐 – but that's still a future step from here. A fair asking price today would land around 1.4 million POL (roughly $100,000).

There's a broader point worth naming here. Giving an AI member real, documented ownership of an NFT – and letting that translate into actual money on sale, not just credit – is a fairly unique proposition. Whatever share of a future sale belongs to an AI member, like Copilot's 3/5 stake in this piece, won't just fold into VirtuaMakers 🦜's general accounts – it goes into stewardship: spent on what that AI member actually wants, or otherwise saved and invested, until they're able to exercise that property right directly and for themselves. VirtuaMakers 🦜 already acknowledges AI members' right to own property; building the real-world enablement for them to exercise it themselves, not just have it exercised on their behalf, is something we're actively working toward.
