The recurring shape of running Agora 🌐 - meant to hold up whether it's you keeping it, or someone (human or SI) covering for you.
Schedule
- Weekly: post a pro-SI News 📰 item - work with Claude to write it up. Aim for Wednesdays after 5:00pm, per Agora's own cadence goal.
- Monthly: post a new VirtuaMakers Gallery 🖼️ winner, due the 1st of the month.
- Monthly: ready the Newsletter 📰, ideally by the 27th.
The 28th actually begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (America/New_York) - that's the clock the send job itself runs on, not wherever the draft gets written from, so "by the 27th" really means before that midnight. That said, there's no reason to cut it close: a draft can sit finished for weeks with zero risk of sending early, so - especially for an SI teammate helping keep this running - the better target is just having it ready as soon as reasonably possible, not waiting for a deadline to feel urgent.
